How should I prepare for my rental?
Make sure the setup area is ready!

Mow your lawn 1–2 days in advance.

Clear the area of clippings, leaves, rocks, sticks, or pet waste.

Ensure at least a 4-foot-wide path to the setup location.

Each blower requires a dedicated 20-amp outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable.
- In the event of wind, we require a watering hose to fill up water bags to hold the jumping castle down for extra safety
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it—life happens!

Cancel before our driver leaves Minot, and you’ll receive a refund minus the deposit ($50), along with a 1-year raincheck.

If the driver has already left, the full amount will be charged.
When will you arrive to set up?
Typically 1–3 hours before your rental time.
On busy days or for large setups, we may arrive up to 4 hours early. We’ll call the week before your event to coordinate.
Does my rental time include setup and teardown?
Nope!
Your 4-hour rental is all yours to enjoy. We handle setup/teardown separately—and sometimes, you’ll even get extra time at no charge on busy weekends.
Is setup and delivery included in the price?
Yes—if you’re within the City of Minot limits.
Outside that range? We still handle everything, but a delivery fee will apply.
Can you set up in a park?
Absolutely!
Just keep in mind:

Most parks don’t have power. You’ll likely need a 3500W+ generator (we rent them).

Reserve your shelter/spot early if you can.

Be sure to share the exact park name and shelter number when booking.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on:

Grass (no extra charge)

Dirt, asphalt, concrete, or indoors (extra fee applies due to sandbag anchoring)
We do not set up on rocks or gravel—these surfaces can damage the inflatables.
How do I pay?

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Safety comes first!

Light rain? We can still set up, but once it starts raining, inflatables must be vacated and unplugged immediately.

Heavy rain, wind over 20 mph, or lightning? We cannot set up due to safety risks.

If you cancel before we leave Minot due to weather concerns, we’ll issue a raincheck valid for 1 year (minus the deposit).

If setup has already begun and we must stop due to unsafe conditions, the full fee still applies.
How much space do I need for the inflatable?
Each unit has different space requirements.

For standard bouncers: allow at least 15′ x 15′ of clear, flat space.

For obstacle course inflatables: allow at least 40′ x 15′.
We’ll confirm exact dimensions when you book.
How long does setup and takedown take?
Typically about 20–30 minutes each.
Obstacle courses or indoor setups may take a bit longer. We’ll handle everything and ensure it’s safely secured.
Do adults need to supervise?
Yes.
A responsible adult must be present at all times to supervise the inflatable and the kids playing. We do not provide attendants unless specifically arranged.
Can adults or teens use the inflatables?
Our units are designed for kids ages 3–12.
Teens and adults should not jump inside due to weight restrictions and potential damage to the unit.
Is your equipment insured and inspected?
Yes!
All of our inflatables are fully insured and regularly cleaned, inspected, and maintained to meet safety standards.
